Braewood Homeowner's Association

Braewood Homeowner’s Association consists of 126 home sites located in the Southwest Hills of Eugene, OR. It was developed and constructed in 2003 by The Piculell Group.

In 2006 the Braewood Homeowner’s Association was formed.  The HOA was needed to facilitate maintenance of landscaping and street trees along Randy Lane as it forms the neighborhood entry and a sound and decorative wall along the east side of the EWEB facility at the corner of Zachary Drive and McNaull Drive.
