Braewood Homeowner’s Association consists of 126 home sites located in the Southwest Hills of Eugene, OR. It was developed and constructed in 2003 by The Piculell Group.
In 2006 the Braewood Homeowner’s Association was formed. The HOA was needed to facilitate maintenance of landscaping and street trees along Randy Lane as it forms the neighborhood entry and a sound and decorative wall along the east side of the EWEB facility at the corner of Zachary Drive and McNaull Drive.

Annual Community Potluck Picnic
Our 2nd Annual Community Potluck Picnic was held on Sunday, August 10th, 5pm at Videra Park at 29th and Blacktail.
Despite near 100 degree temperatures that day, roughly 20 members of our neighborhood got together to meet, chat and share some delicious food.
We hope to see you all there in 2026!
